Shipping policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time: Orders placed before 2 PM PDT are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM PDT or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. All orders are packed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Burlingame, California.

Shipping time: We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days.

Shipping origin: All orders are shipped from the United States (California).

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email immediately.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.00.

Delays: Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
